Support ticket deflection: resolve the tickets that don't need a person, and hand the rest over properly.

Half your queue is the same twelve questions. The other half deserves the agents you're wasting on the first half.

Support teams are measured on the tickets they answer and judged on the ones they answer badly. Intake automation resolves the repetitive volume — order status, returns, account changes, 'how do I' — from your real systems and approved content, and routes the genuinely hard ones to an agent who already has the transcript, the customer's history, and the extracted details in front of them.

Order and account self-service

Status, tracking, returns, invoices, and plan changes resolved directly against your order system, billing platform, or CRM.

Grounded answers, not hallucinated ones

Product and policy questions answered only from your help centre and internal docs, with a clear 'let me get someone' when the content doesn't cover it.

Handover with context

Escalation carries the full conversation, the intent, and the fields already collected. Nobody repeats themselves; nobody gets a cold transfer.

Content gap reporting

Every question the system could not answer becomes a report of what your help centre is missing — the highest-value writing your team can do.

Always a human

Things we keep away from automation in this vertical, by design rather than by accident:

  • Complaints and anything with emotion in it
  • Refunds above a threshold you set, and any goodwill decision
  • Account security — password resets and identity are never automated end-to-end

Tag a week of tickets by intent. Order status, returns, and account admin usually account for 35–55% in ecommerce and SaaS.

%

Deflection of the repetitive slice, not of all tickets. 60% is a realistic figure once the integrations and content are in place; launch-month numbers are lower.

How this is calculated

Cost per ticket = handle time × hourly cost. Deflected tickets = tickets × repetitive share × deflection rate. Savings = deflected tickets × cost per ticket. Faster first response on the escalated tickets, and the revenue effect of that, are not included.

Questions we get on the first call

Answered before you ask

Most deployed chatbots are a search box with a personality — they can find an article but cannot look up your order, change your plan, or hand over with context. The difference here is the integration layer: answers come from your systems, actions happen in your systems, and escalation carries everything across. If your existing bot does all that, you do not need us.
