Patient intake automation that fills the slots your no-shows leave empty.
A missed appointment costs the same as a kept one. It just pays nothing.
Every practice has the same three leaks: new patients who give up on the phone queue, booked patients who forget, and cancellations that never get backfilled. Intake automation handles booking and rescheduling on the channels patients already use, sends reminders that get answered rather than ignored, and offers freed slots to the waiting list within minutes — all inside the safeguards a covered entity needs.
Booking without the phone queue
New and returning patients book, reschedule, and cancel over WhatsApp, SMS, or web chat, against your real calendar, with insurance and intake details captured up front.
Reminders that reduce no-shows
Two-way reminders with one-tap confirm or reschedule, timed to your no-show data rather than a fixed 24 hours, in the patient's language.
Waitlist backfill
A cancellation triggers offers to matching waitlisted patients automatically. The slot is refilled before the front desk has noticed it opened.
Pre-visit intake
Forms, consent, and history collected before arrival, written directly to your practice management system, so the visit starts on time.
Always a human
Things we keep away from automation in this vertical, by design rather than by accident:
- Anything clinical — symptoms, triage, medication questions go straight to staff
- Results and diagnoses are never delivered by the system
- Distressed or urgent messages escalate immediately, every time

How this is calculated
No-shows = appointments × no-show rate. Recoverable = no-shows prevented by reminders, plus a share of the remaining no-shows and late cancellations refilled from the waitlist, multiplied by revenue per visit. Staff time saved on phone bookings is not included, so the figure is conservative.

Questions we get on the first call
Answered before you ask
Anything with an API or a supported integration — including the common cloud PMS and EHR platforms, Google or Microsoft calendars for smaller practices, and legacy systems via a scheduling bridge where direct access is not possible. We confirm the integration path in discovery before quoting, because it is the part that determines the cost.
