The challenge
Complex healthcare workflows caused patient booking abandonment and provider frustration. Chenab Health needed a telehealth experience that felt simple on mobile without compromising clinical and compliance requirements.
Our solution
Leet Force delivered a human-centered telehealth web app with simplified appointment booking, WebRTC video consultations, integrated health-record views, and clear provider tooling. UX decisions were validated against real clinical journeys, not generic SaaS templates.
Results & impact
