The challenge

We rebuilt Gulberg as a premium ecommerce experience: custom Shopify theme craft, AR try-on flows, AI-powered recommendations, streamlined one-click checkout with Stripe, and performance work focused on Core Web Vitals for shoppers on mid-tier phones.
