The challenge
Kohsar AI’s customers juggled disconnected tools with no unified AI layer. Without a clear product UI and workflow builder, enterprise pilots stalled and reporting stayed manual.
Our solution
We designed and engineered an AI SaaS platform: cohesive dashboards, role-aware assistants, workflow builders, and collaboration hubs backed by Python services and OpenAI tooling. The UX made complex automation feel approachable for non-technical operators.
Results & impact
70% reduction in manual reporting and adoption by 12 enterprise teams within 90 days. The product UI became a primary sales demo asset for Kohsar AI’s GTM team.
